We don't lock you in. Cancel any time. Here's exactly when refunds apply and how to claim one.
Plain-language summary
The 7-day free trial is genuinely free — no card needed, no auto-charge. All paid plans are charged up-front via Razorpay. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month, no questions asked. For any billing error or service failure, we refund promptly. You can stop renewing at any time and keep access until your paid period expires.
1. Free Trial
- Every new account gets a 7-day free trial on the Starter plan features.
- No payment information is collected during the trial.
- At the end of the trial, your QR codes and dashboard pause until you upgrade. You are never auto-charged.
- There is nothing to refund for a trial because nothing was paid.
2. Plans & Pricing
All plans are charged in INR via Razorpay. There is no automatic recurring debit — each payment is a one-time charge that activates your plan for the chosen billing cycle.

What each payment gives you:
- Monthly — activates your account for 30 days from the payment date.
- Quarterly — activates your account for 90 days from the payment date (~10% saving vs monthly).
- Yearly — activates your account for 365 days from the payment date (~25% saving vs monthly).
To stop, simply do not renew. Your account remains fully active until the current period expires and then pauses automatically.
3. When Refunds Apply

4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@trustifyqr.com from the email address registered on your account, and include:
- Your registered email and full name.
- The Razorpay Payment ID of the charge you want refunded (visible on your subscription page after logging in).
- The plan and billing cycle you paid for.
- A brief explanation of the reason.
We will respond within 2 business days. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method via Razorpay.
5. Processing Timeline
- Our review: 1–2 business days.
- Razorpay processing: 5–7 business days for Indian cards/UPI; international cards may take 10–14 business days depending on the issuing bank.
- Total: usually 5–10 business days from request to your bank statement.
You will receive an email confirmation when Razorpay initiates the refund, and another when it settles.
6. Cancelling
There is no active "cancel" step required — there is no auto-renewal. To stop paying, simply don't make the next payment. Your account stays fully active until the current period ends and then pauses automatically.
To permanently delete your account and all associated data, email us as described in our Privacy Policy. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
