Terms of Service
By creating an account or using Trustify QR, you agree to these terms. They explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
Plain-language summary
You can use Trustify QR to collect customer feedback and manage your online reputation. You're responsible for how you use the platform — don't break the law, don't generate fake reviews, don't spam. We'll keep the service running as reliably as we can. Either side can end the relationship at any time. Indian law governs this agreement.
1. The Service
Trustify QR is a software-as-a-service platform that helps small businesses collect customer feedback and build their online reputation. Specifically:
- You create an account and add your business(es).
- We generate a QR code per business that links to a public review page.
- When a customer scans the QR, they can rate their experience, leave feedback, and are invited to share a review on Google using your public Google review link.
- All feedback is collected in your dashboard so you can respond and improve.
- You can save customer contacts and send review invites and follow-ups over WhatsApp from your own number.
- We notify you via email and optional WhatsApp when feedback arrives.
2. Your Account
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete information when registering and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password secret and not share your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into this agreement on behalf of any business you list.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
We may terminate accounts that provide false information or repeatedly violate these terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use Trustify QR to:
- Generate fake, paid, or incentivised reviews on Google or any other platform. Our platform invites customers to leave honest reviews — this must never be misused to create inauthentic content.
- Selectively solicit reviews in a manner that violates Google's review policies or any other platform's terms.
- Impersonate another business or person.
- Collect data from customers in violation of any applicable law, including the DPDP Act 2023.
- List businesses that engage in illegal activity, fraud, or deceptive practices.
- Spam, send unsolicited messages, or upload offensive content.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or our API keys.
- Resell, sublicence, or rebrand the service without a written agreement with us.
- Attempt to bypass our security, rate limits, or subscription access controls.
You retain ownership of the content you upload (business name, logo, settings). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display that content as required to operate the service.
3.1 Customer feedback content
Feedback submitted by your customers belongs to you. We will never publish it, share it with third parties (other than the providers listed in our Privacy Policy), or use it for any purpose other than delivering the service to you.
4. Reviews & Reputation
Our platform helps you invite customers to leave honest reviews on Google using your business's public Google review link. We do not connect to your Google account, read your Google reviews, or post on your behalf.
- You are responsible for ensuring the reviews you collect are genuine and comply with Google's review policies.
- You must never offer payment, discounts, or other incentives in exchange for reviews.
- Whether a customer chooses to write a review is entirely up to them.
5. Billing & Trial
- Free trial: new clients may opt for a 7-day free trial. No payment information is required during the trial.
- Paid plans: Starter (₹499/mo), Premium (₹1,499/mo), and Enterprise (₹4,999/mo). Quarterly (−10%) and yearly (−25%) billing are also available. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. See our full pricing table.
- Payment processing: all payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying, you also accept Razorpay's terms.
- No auto-renewal lock-in: we do not store your card on file by default. Your plan extends only after you actively make a payment.
- Tax invoices: available on request by emailing support.
6. Cancellation
- You may stop using the service at any time. Your account remains active until the end of the paid period — we will not charge you again unless you initiate another payment.
- To delete your account entirely (along with your data), email us as described in our Privacy Policy. Deletion typically completes within 14 days.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Suspension & Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:
- You materially breach these terms.
- Your use causes legal exposure or risk to us, our users, or our infrastructure.
- We are required to do so by law or by any applicable platform policy.
- Payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days of notice.
If we terminate your account for breach, no refund is owed. If we terminate for any other reason, we will refund the unused portion of your last payment on a pro-rata basis.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep Trustify QR available around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages (Razorpay, Twilio, Anthropic, our hosting provider), and force-majeure events may cause downtime. We do not offer a contractual uptime SLA on the Starter Monthly plan.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We are not responsible for outcomes that depend on third-party platforms — e.g. how Google ranks your business, whether a customer chooses to write a review, or whether a WhatsApp message gets delivered.
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including loss of business, revenue, reputation, or customers — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Trustify QR and its operators against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your use of the service in violation of these terms or applicable law, including any claim arising from reviews or content published through our platform.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects any changes. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. Before initiating litigation, both parties agree to make a good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute via written communication for at least 30 days.
